WHITE, GA – Georgia Department of Transportation maintenance crews are currently working to repair a stretch of State Route 108 in Cherokee County. The repairs will occur Wednesday and Thursday between Mitchell Road and the Pickens County line.
GDOT officials said motorists should be prepared for delays in the area while crews are working on the highway.
“Maintenance projects like these help us keep our roads safe for our drivers,” said GDOT District 6 Engineer Grant Waldrop. “We appreciate the public’s patience as we make these necessary improvements.”
