With 37 outstanding entries to choose from, judges for VanGogh’s Snowman Frenzy had a difficult time picking just three top winners. Snowmen line Jasper’s downtown from The Woodbridge Inn to VanGoghs Hideaway as part of the 1st Annual Snowman Frenzy. VanGogh’s Owner Kathe Hall, the mastermind behind the project, invites everyone to stroll Main Street Friday evening from 5-7 and visit the local businesses that have treats waiting for you as you check out the beautiful and creative snowmen designed by local individuals, families and businesses.
Above, Madeline’s & Millie’s Cafes took top honors as the first place winner. Their snowman, in front of Dr. Buhl’s Orthodontist office,
Second place is the snowman created by the First Baptist Preschool. It stands in front of the old Hallmark store.
Sitting in front of the NAPA building, the design by Barbara and Billy McCalister took third.
In all there are 37 snowmen downtown and Hall said judges wanted them all to win.

“I had so many compliments that folks want to do another one so ou next theme will be centered around “Flowers” and we plan to announce that sometime in March,” Hall said. “It’s very exciting. Many thanks to everyone that participated, and to all of you that got involved so much you are ready to do another one!”
