1. Adopted Resolution to adopt the Pickens County (Multi-Jurisdictional) All
Hazard Mitigation Plan.
2. Opened bids for a Tax Anticipated Note on Friday, February 19, 2010. Received
Four bids: Jasper Banking Company – 3.49%; Wachovia – 1.16%; United Community Bank – 5.76%; Regions – 1.68%.
3. Signed lease addendum by and between Association County Commissioners of
Georgia and Pickens County, Georgia for 2 ambulance remounts and 1 fire truck.

1. Sign Proclamation declaring the week of March 8 through March 14, 2010 as
Georgia Census Week and urging the residents of Pickens County to participate
completely in the United States 2010 Census to provide an accurate count of the
population of Georgia in the 2010 decennial census; and for other purposes.
