As part of its integrated roadside vegetation management program, Georgia DOT Maintenance crews will resume their work on trimming overgrown vegetation along State Route (SR) 108 and SR 372 in Cherokee County. Work will proceed daily between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., weather permitting.
Integrated roadside vegetation management is a method to bring together social and
cultural elements, biological concerns, and mechanical treatments to economically manage roadsides for
motorist safety, environmental health and visual quality.
