“Snakes Alive” an unusual rehearsal scene with Alex Nawrocki (l) and John Murphy torturing Tyler Roper (on floor). This is a most interesting play!

Tater Patch Players
The Tater Patch Players would like to invite you to come to the theater and enjoy their production of The Fantasticks. The show is rich in comedy, music, magic and fun.
So why go to the theater? These top 5 reasons should get you out of the recliner and in a theater seat, munching on popcorn and enjoying a cold drink while taking in a great show.
No. 5: The show is fun for the entire family. You can be a hero by gathering up the children and taking them to a show. They will enjoy the music, the costumes, the action and the stage. The Fantasticks has all of these entertaining features. You will enjoy the show and also the smiles on the faces of your loved ones.
No. 4: Guys, this is not a chick flick to suffer through. There are many more men in the cast than there are women. The story speaks of love and hopes and is full of fantasy and longing, but there is also adventure, sword fights and even construction of a wall. Come on out and see for yourself. You can tell your friends that you went to the theater and they will think you’re cool.
No. 3: Treat your favorite girl to a night at the theater. With ticket prices at $15 and $14 for the students, popcorn and soft drinks for way below movie theater rates, it’s cheaper than the movies and you don’t have to drive as far! She will be very impressed and you saved cash!
No. 2: You can talk with the actors! When does that ever happen at the movies? The actors have worked very hard over the last couple of months to perfect their performances. They love to talk with their audiences. You may even see someone on stage that you know from the neighborhood or knew in high school. If you’re lucky, you may get to see the guy that you thought was cute in school on stage in tights.
No. 1: It’s fun! Come and see for yourself and sample true southern hospitality! Relax and enjoy yourself for a couple of hours.
