Georgia, June 9- Average retail gasoline prices in Georgia have fallen 3.5 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.54/g yesterday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 5,883 gas outlets in Georgia. This compares with the national average that has fallen 0.9 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.63/g, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com.
Including the change in gas prices in Georgia during the past week, prices yesterday were 8.3 cents per gallon higher than the same day one year ago and are 10.1 cents per gallon lower than a month ago. The national average has increased 0.3 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 0.4 cents per gallon lower than this day one year ago.

But unlike the 22 veterans who commit suicide every day, with only 22 states reporting, Littrell didn’t follow through.
From country to Motown, series will keep the fun in summer
Sharptop Arts Association is happy to announce a new musical series, with performers to include a wide-range of genres to keep those toes tapping all summer long.
Kicking of the Summer Sounds series is classical guitarist Jeff Bianchi, who is back by popular demand. Bianchi performed to a standing-room-only crowd at the Sharptop gallery last year and is thrilled to be back.

In an innovative partnership, the ACES emergency shelter kids will make bread under the supervision of their nutritionist, using some ingredients from a garden planted by the local Master Gardeners and equipment bought by a volunteer. The bread is then sold at Madeline’s Café.
